Program Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Act as the general point of contact for the client Air and Space Operations Center (AOC) Project Management Office (PMO) Chief and government PMs. Assist the client AOC PMO Chief and government PMs with various administrative services. Support the coordination of meetings, employee on and off-boarding processes, records management, and office logistics management, scheduling key activities, tracking stakeholder communication, managing training requirements, and other administrative support needed to successfully support the client AOC program.


Basic Qualifications:

-5 years of experience with working for the military

-Experience with government procurement of office supplies and equipment

-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Ability to display business-level fluency in Korean through reading, writing, and speaking

-Secret clearance


Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of Air Force military structure

-Ability to prepare correspondence for senior leadership, either military or civilian

-Possession of excellent time management skills

-BA or BS degree


Clearance:
