Program Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Provide program management support to DoD client. Assist in all aspects of assigned planned installations and risk mitigation for DoD ship platforms. Assist in the installation coordination and communication to ensure the project is executable with acceptable risk. Prepare documentation to support working groups and planning meetings, and attendance at Installation Planning Working Groups (IPWG), Production, and other installation planning, coordination, status meetings and conferences as assigned. Analyze data to support both internal and external data calls, including collating and summarizing data to analyze cost, schedule, performance and fleet impacts with respect to DoD systems. Manage action items, including timely response to external and internal inquiries, data calls, and program and project status updates.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with program or project management in a DoD acquisition installation and modernization environment

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Ability to facilitate meetings and briefings on behalf of the client, and organize and execute client meetings

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with DoD Acquisition programs and policies

-Knowledge of DoD Modernization Process (NMP) and Shore Installation Process Handbook

-Knowledge of modernization planning tools

-Ability to show creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems in program management and acquisition support

-Ability to self-start, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision

-Ability to be team-oriented

-Possession of excellent team-building skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree or 12 years of experience as a project manager in military

Clearance:
