Program Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Assist with the overall planning and execution, including cost, schedule, and performance of system-of-system operational test (SOT) to ensure DoD systems are mission ready post installation. Work with program offices and stakeholders to assist with the scheduling of SOT activities. Prepare and review test plans and test readiness review briefings and assist with staffing to support test events. Assist with the coordination and communication for test plan execution. Provide support for executive-level briefs and presentations. Support DoD projects, as required.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with program or project management in a DoD environment

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Ability to facilitate meetings and briefings on behalf of the client and organize and execute client meetings

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with DoD acquisition programs and policies

-Knowledge of fleet readiness policies and procedures

-Knowledge of DoD Modernization Process (NMP) and the Shore Installation Process Handbook

-Knowledge of modernization planning tools

-Ability to show creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems in program management and acquisition support

-Ability to self-start, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision

-Ability to be team-oriented

-Possession of excellent team-building skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree or 12 years of experience in a related field
