Program Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Provide program management support for DoD acquisition programs and projects, including production planning and tracking of a Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), acquisition of system hardware and software, integration planning and tracking, and assisting with program activities, as required. Analyze production acquisition documentation, including reviewing and providing input on contracting and technical documentation and supporting the development of briefs, position papers, statements of work, and other documentation for the execution of fielding plans and required revisions. Support preparation for and participate in program and design reviews, conferences, technical working groups, discussions, and meetings supporting a DoD client, including recommending, reviewing, or coordinating system, equipment, or field change production fielding plans and required coordination with the appropriate program office and designated platform installation and integration personnel. Identify and document risks in the areas of cost, schedule, and technical performance across all disciplines. Participate in program management and project meetings, conferences, and reviews, including preparing agendas, meeting minutes, tracking action items, and data calls.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with acquisition program management in a DoD environment

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Ability to facilitate meetings and briefings on behalf of the client and organize and execute client meetings

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with DoD networks or communication acquisition programs and policies

-Ability to show creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems in program management and acquisition support

-Ability to self-start, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision

-Ability to be team-oriented

-Possession of excellent team-building skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree or 12 years as a project manager, including military work

-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and DAWIA or equivalent Level II in Program Management preferred
