Job Description

Job Number: R0044015

Program Analyst, Senior

The Challenge:

Are you searching for a position where you can use your program analysis skills to make a difference? A program requires a significant investment of limited resources across multiple projects. With that level of complexity, you need a skilled program analyst examining how those resources are used and keeping the program on the path to success. That’s why we need you, a program analyst who can ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

We have an opportunity for a program analyst to join our team as we deliver a broad range of Information Management (IM) and Knowledge Management (KM) solutions and services for enterprise architectures, applications, and systems through enhanced communication, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and information technology support for a variety of Army, DoD, and other government agencies. You’ll monitor the cost, schedule, and performance of multiple projects, using tools like Microsoft Project while interacting with SMEs, project analysts, schedulers, customers, industry, and multi-functional project teams regularly. The real power of program analysis comes from communication, so you’ll create reports, perform risk analyses, provide status updates, present critical path analyses, identify courses of action, and make experience-based recommendations for improvement to program leadership. We focus on growing as a team, so you’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. This is a chance to directly improve the delivery of expanded capabilities and technological enhancements by developing program strategy and eliminating risks across projects. Join us and help make sure our IT products and services align with planning, development, acquisition, and implementation initiatives to ensure the  program stays on-time and within budget as we improve and develop methods to increase usage, mitigate non-availability interruptions, and facilitate a positive mission impact across all platforms that reflect results driven solutions to benefit millions of customers.
