Program Analyst

Key Role:
Maintain responsibility for planning and managing programs to meet product delivery quality and cost goals on various projects while focusing on people projects and budget monitoring, reporting and forecasting, including projects for employee transition planning and execution, independent contractor program management, and firm-wide reporting support. Provide analytical and program support to senior-level projects across the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution and contribute to moderately complex aspects of projects with a significant financial impact. Assist junior staff members with aspects of their job, including training HR administrators on the Talent Acquisition processes and procedures, as needed. Provide regular updates to managers on project or account status and guide the activities of others on a set of defined tasks and goals while ensuring key deliverables. Prioritize deliverables, work independently with little guidance, and offer solutions and new ideas to support firm-wide initiatives. Interact with senior leadership regularly and independently, including providing recommendations on projects outcomes, streamlining, and process improvement opportunities and serving as a subject matter expert on firm-wide and Talent Acquisition reporting requirements.

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in a fast-paced business environment, including maintaining responsibility for analyzing processes and issues and writing reports
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-Experience with managing programs and projects successfully
-Ability to analyze, interpret, and act upon data collected for the Operations or Talent Acquisition team
-HS diploma or GED
