Program Analyst

Key Role:

Perform as the task specialist for an assigned project. Maintain responsibility for technical activities or analyses. Provide analytical support to project managers and directors.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with developing DoD program plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), staffing plans, financial documentation, quality assurance plans and procedures, point papers, status reports, and situation reports

-Experience with writing Statement of Works (SOWs), generating and maintaining schedules, and tracking progress and resources

-Experience with supporting DoD client missions and needs and applying knowledge to produce high quality deliverables or products

-Experience with drawing conclusions, communicating findings, and implications

-Experience in a functional or domain area and applying analytical techniques, methodologies, and tools

-Experience with executing discrete tasks or deliverables, including written and oral presentation of strategic or analytical findings

-Experience with producing highly technical documentation

-Ability to conduct comprehensive data-gathering and analysis to identify problems and opportunities and present ideas articulately and persuasively while demonstrating logical thinking in a range of settings

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in Electronic Warfare (EW) or Directed Energy (DE) mission areas and research and development agencies or environments

-Knowledge of DoD missions, environments, policies, and structure

-Knowledge of SharePoint

-Ability to work in a highly dynamic setting consisting of analysts, engineers, scientists, and other professionals

-Ability to work at a high pace in both independent and team-based settings

-Possession of excellent organizational, writing, and editing skills

-BA or BS degree preferred

Clearance:
