Program Analyst

Key Role:
Apply knowledge of using analytic methodologies and principles to address mission needs. Document and maintain cross-functional DoD-level policy, including capability, domain, and lifecycle considerations. Serve as a liaison across functional teams to ensure collaboration, technical exchange, and synchronization among community of interest. Lead stakeholder outreach activities to establish and maintain relationships with DoD Services, Operational Commands, and other agencies for capturing user requirements and operational issues and developing Integrated Priority Lists (IPLs) and Joint Urgent Operational Needs (JUONs) as part of Enterprise Air Force transport infrastructure design strategy. Assist with program acquisition, budgeting, and cost business analysis activities for proper planning and execution of architecture implementation milestones.
 

Basic Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience in a program management support role
-Experience with program acquisition, budgeting, and cost business analysis activities in the DoD
-Knowledge of technical reviews
-TS/SCI clearance
 

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with the design and implementation of communications infrastructures supporting Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (AISR) platforms or military operations in a related field
-Experience with establishing professional network across the Air Force stakeholder community
-Possession of excellent analytic and problem solving skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-BS in Engineering or a technical field preferred; MA or MS degree a plus
 

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
