Program Change Control Manager

Key Role:

Serve as a senior project manager for a large team supporting a global Department of Veteran Affairs program. Analyze the design, implementation, and operation of a program-level change control process used to track all changes to policy and major artifacts of the client program. Plan, coordinate, direct, and monitor progress for defined program initiatives on an ongoing basis. Mentor junior team members and transfer knowledge regarding effective project management. Manage the analysis, development, and submission of deliverables and recurring reports.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with providing direct support to program or project managers developing and executing planned activities to meet cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality objectives

-Experience with leading the coordination of project work packages and presenting solutions and recommendations to management

-Experience with leading program support activities on large-scale projects

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:

-PMP Certification preferred
