Program Control Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for a wide variety of detailed financial and administrative activities for relatively large and complex programs, organizations, or proposals. Participate in budget preparation and authorize budget expenditures within Booz Allen. Recommend procedures to be used to monitor programs, organizations, or proposals. Interpret and implement cost proposal estimating, pricing, and documentation requirements. Define parameters for estimate preparation.

Basic Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience with working in government contracting and program control environments, including contract interpretation, proposal and budget development, subcontractor management, expense reporting, and review and administration of multiple projects aligned to the DoD

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel

-Ability to conduct trend analyses

-Active Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including formulas and functions in calculations and analysis

-Experience in working with federal government contracts

-Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation, Joint Travel Regulations, federal budget process, and funds management

-Ability to accomplish financial forecasts based on bottom-up analysis and historical trends

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent analytical skills

-Top Secret clearance preferred

-BA or BS degree in Finance, Business, or a related field

-Project Management Professional, Certified Defense Financial Manager, or Certified Government Financial Manager Certification
