Program Coordinator

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for analyzing and managing programs to ensure they meet product delivery, quality, and cost goals on specific consulting engagements. Ensure clear communication and timely issue resolution. Contribute to moderately complex aspects of a project and assist junior staff members with aspects of their jobs. Update the manager regularly on the project or account's status. Coordinate and develop the team's staff planning activities and interview managers to achieve hiring needs.

Basic Qualifications:
-10 years of experience in a professional work environment

-Experience with recruiting
-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Experience with using data analysis and statistics to better tune talent acquisition strategies
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time pressure
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with acquiring talent for government contract positions preferred

-Experience with HR a plus

-Knowledge of process improvement frameworks a plus

-Possession of excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, including being focused on results and working with a sense of deliberate urgency

-MA or MS degree preferred
