Program/Evaluation and Training Analyst

Key Role:

Advocate and establish policy and guidance for operations training devices or simulators, Cyberspace Live Virtual Constructive (LVC), or Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) and support Simulator Certification (SIMCERT) programs to ensure training devices support accurate and credible training. Support and coordinate with government clients for Cyberspace or ISR training, standardization, and evaluation programs. Support Cyberspace, Cyberspace Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), and Cyberspace Surveillance and Reconnaissance (CS&R) standards or evaluations. Assist with and support the development, review, preparation, and coordination of Cyberspace or ISR training, including courseware, syllabi, Initial Qualification Training (IQT), Requalification Training (RQT), the Combat Mission Ready (CMR) or Mission Ready (MR) – Ready Aircrew Program (RAP), Realistic Training Review Board (RTRB), Training Planning Teams (TPTs), and instructor upgrade and training task lists (TTL). Analyze the development of Cyberspace range policy or sustainment and integration into DoD training ranges. Coordinate funding for training and exercises, support the development of Cyberspace academic training, and provide assistance with detailed oversight of training by documenting training deficiencies and providing recommended solutions. 

Basic Qualifications:
-1 year of experience with coordinating United States Government (USG) training programs or corporate training programs and policies

-Knowledge of USG Cyberspace training principles, directives, methodologies, and approaches used in developing, managing, and conducting training programs and events

-TS/SCI clearance 

-HS diploma or GED
