Program Evaluation Support Analyst

Key Role: 
Serve as an Army client's planning, programming, and budgeting execution (PPBE) support analyst. Provide quantitative analysis support focused on command intelligence program management, policy development, and resource and manpower allocation. Assist the client and their branches and divisions with the alignment of resources and initiatives to a strategic plan. Identify measures and associated targets to support the government’s resource allocation decisions. Prepare client responses to items, including congressional inquiries, requests from the USEUCOM and IC, and impact statements that drive future intelligence capabilities. Analyze the design of internal staff processes and procedures and help to bridge the gap between operational mission accomplishment and mission support, including assisting with the planning and execution of engagement, information, and outreach programs, drafting and editing correspondence letters, policy letters, memoranda, talking points, and notes on behalf of the client; maintaining mission and Command briefings, and supporting staff and Command visits. 

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with PPBE in a service or Combatant Command intelligence organization

-3+ years of experience with the Intelligence Community Capabilities Requirements (ICCR) process

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with IC budgetary cycles and required performance metrics (RPMs), authoring Statements of Capability (SOCs), and supporting “What If" drills

-Experience with Microsoft Excel and Access

-Ability to conduct shift work, as requested

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including expertise in presentations

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
