Program Installation Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Provide onsite client support to the battlespace awareness and information operations program office in support of the installation manager. Act as the installation liaison between the program office and Program Executive Office (PEO) front office, platform organizations, and Fleet Readiness Directorate Installation Office (FIO). Assist the program office with the development and management of fielding plans to modernize the Navy's shipboard and shore site with the latest capabilities. Assist the program office with tracking status of installation documentation, including Ship Change Documents (SCDs), Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Installation Requirement Drawings (IRDs), and Fleet Readiness Control Board (FRCB). Monitor program office installation tasks in the DoD system, review installation estimates with program managers, and adjudicate any funding issues with installation management offices. Work with the program office financial office to ensure the execution of installation funds per fiscal year budgets. Monitor installation risk and performance metrics and advise the program office of potential impacts to installation cost, schedule, and performance. This position is located in San Diego, CA.


Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with providing program management support to a DoD organization
-Experience with using Microsoft Excel to conduct analysis of large quantities of data
-Experience with using Microsoft PowerPoint to develop executive-level presentations
-Experience in working with collaborative Web sites or databases to manage task, track workflows, and generate reports

-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of Navy, PEO C4I, and SPAWAR organizations
-Knowledge of DoD financial process
-Knowledge of Navy Modernization Process (NMP)
-Knowledge of SPAWAR or PEO installation tools and SPIDER or CAPS
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
