Program Management Analyst Intern

Key Role:

Work with a high performing and dynamic team to execute management and integration of programs related to spaceflight. Conduct process mapping and data-gathering analysis activities, including milestone mapping and trending, compiling program reporting, and developing processes for updating deliverables in a complex and evolving environment. Assist with developing a content management strategy. Coordinate with a diverse group of stakeholders to conduct these activities. Learn quickly and complete important assignments on a short schedule. Contribute functional expertise to the management of client deliverables, develop client-ready products, including briefings, reports, and internal communications, and leverage industry best practices in management strategy.


Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with data gathering and quantitative analysis

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Project and Power BI

-Experience with project performance, programmatic, or budget data collection, analysis, and reporting  

-Ability to work as a self-starter and multitask in a fast-paced, team environment

-Coursework in a BA or BS degree program in general Business or Economics


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in leading and planning complex tasks with daily client interaction, developing briefings for senior-level leaders in an organization, and identifying and implementing best practices

-Experience with schedule and milestone management

-Experience with building dashboards for aggregation and analysis of quantitative data

-Experience with multiple functional areas such as cost, schedule and risk integration

-Experience in programming with VBA, Python or R

-Experience with writing SQL queries in Access

-Coursework in a BA or BS degree program with a focus in Aerospace or Systems Engineering
