Program Management Analyst

Key Role:

Assist with examining systems and developing specific cost reduction solutions and business case analyses to support transformation efforts under general supervision. Assist with the acquisition and planning for implementation of a new technology. Assist with conducting customer or stakeholder analyses. Comprehend and have awareness of underlying functional expertise required to design and implement solutions leveraging any of the management consulting capability pillars, including organization design and mission support optimization, process improvement, performance management, strategy development and transformation, change management, and IT strategy and business architecture. Leverage general management consulting expertise and technical knowledge to support a federal client in improving organizational design, analytics, and strategy. Present recommendations to the internal team and the client, clearly articulating the solution concepts. Participate in a collaborative team environment in dynamic client project environments.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with data gathering and quantitative analysis, data visualization, project performance, programmatic and budget data collection, analysis, and reporting 

-Experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, and Word

-Experience with complex tasks with daily client interaction, developing briefings for senior-level leaders in an organization, and identifying and implementing industry best practices

-Experience with distilling complex ideas into succinct presentations and presenting results to program leadership

-Experience with building dashboards for aggregation and analysis of quantitative data

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with aerospace and defense

-Ability to assess an organization from a people, process, technology, and cost perspective
