Program Management Office Lead

Key Role:

Apply broad comprehension of both quantitative and qualitative analyses and recommendations to improve organizational performance through changes to strategy, organization structure, process, human capital and culture, IT, enterprise cost reduction, management practices, and cost drivers in a contract program management office. Make recommendations on how to capitalize on opportunities to improve team performance, including revenue and profitability and mission achievement. Advise on how to improve operations and increase process efficiency. Provide recommendations on how to manage a program management office. Examine complex systems and advise on the development of specific cost reduction solutions and business case analyses to support transformation efforts. Mitigate and manage risk and conduct customer and stakeholder analyses. Serve as a practitioner with multiple areas of expertise spanning multiple management consulting pillars and other functional communities and provide work leadership to junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with a contract program management office, including deliverables management, stakeholder engagement, scheduling, collaboration technologies, financial management, and management reviews

-Knowledge of program management processes

-Ability to interact with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders across markets effectively, including leading meetings

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Army organizations in a military, civilian, or contractor role

-MA or MS degree

Clearance:
