Program Management Specialist, Mid

Key Role:

Support the client in building program budgets, analyzing execution reports, and providing output of analysis on a regular basis. Deliver multiple project initiatives designed to enhance the services and level of support provided to the client. Maintain responsibility for the planning, organization, directing, controlling, and delivery of all projects prioritized in alignment with the client’s expectations and business needs. Ensure the ongoing process and system capability associated with projects and manage any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs. 


Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with managing cost, schedule, and performance of programs under the Defense Acquisition System

-Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

-Knowledge of DoD or SECNAV 5000 instructions

-Ability to research acquisition policy, interact with diverse functional teams in an IPT environment, and author acquisition documentation and presentations in support of program decisions and milestone reviews

-Ability to coordinate with functional SMEs on program documentation to facilitate program requirements

-Ability to work independently, facilitate meetings and briefings on behalf of the client, and organize and execute client meetings, as needed

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Navy, SPAWAR, or PEO C4I programs and policies

-Experience with ISR programs or systems

-Ability to support the development of program spend plans, budgets, and POM inputs

-DAWIA - Program Management or PMP Certification preferred


Clearance:
