Key Role:
Provide oversight and executive level management to overall contract operations often involve multiple projects, tasks and groups of personnel at multiple locations. Maintain responsibility as a program manager to manage multiple contract operations, ensure quality standards and work performance on all task orders and projects, plans, including organize and oversee work efforts, assign resources, manage personnel, provide risk management, ensure quality management, monitor overall project and contract performance. Monitor Program activities from project initiation with product post-launch to ensure execution of best practices and innovative techniques for efficiency, and effective delivery. Oversee all project and program risk approaches, including avoid, transfer, mitigate to minimize program risk exposure. Build cohesive teams by partnering and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure efficient success of projects.
Basic Qualifications
-15+ years of experience working with common accountable property, and financial systems used by the Marine Corps, and other services
-Knowledge and comprehension of logistics procedures and processes
-Knowledge and capability to use logistics automated information and data systems
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools and applications
-BA or BS degree in Business or 14 years of experience with enterprise logistics operations and associated financial and information systems, MA or MS degree in Business or 10 years of experience with enterprise logistics operations and associated financial and information systems or 20 years of experience with enterprise logistics operations and associated financial and information systems in lieu of a degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Possession of excellent interpersonal communication skills
-Possession of excellent client-facing consulting skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
