Program Manager, Senior Manager

Key Role:  
Provide management and oversight for the design and implementation of an enterprise-level IT system and technical, managerial, and administrative direction for complex IT system construction. Assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules, and maintain responsibility for determining and acquiring needed resources. Apply expertise in large and complex secure networks with diverse worldwide locations to assist with the development, maintenance, management, and operation of trusted systems. Maintain awareness of the entire scope and requirements of the project to keep awareness of deadlines and ensure on-time delivery.  Lead a large team, including overseeing staff, scheduling, and client deliverables.

Basic Qualifications: 
-15 years of experience with the DoD, including DoD programs
-Experience with managing IT programs or projects
-Experience with managing systems engineering and the development, maintenance, sustainment, or operation of trusted computing systems

-Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and reporting to monitor program status, cost, schedule, and technical performance 

-Active TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

-Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Additional Qualifications:  

-Experience in managing a program with a large and complex Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 503-accredited computer network with diverse worldwide locations 

-Experience with Agile or DevOps software development life cycle (SDLC) implementation and optimization 

-Experience with Cybersecurity and risk management in a multi-level secure environment 

-Experience with 24/7 IT systems operations and maintenance of a large worldwide deployed system  

-Experience with the management of a $40M a year program or larger

-Experience with managing a team of subcontractors

-Ability to drive additional value to clients and exceed program expectations  

-Ability to be accountable for financial performance of the program 

-Ability to form and guide high performance teams 

-BA or BS degree in Management, Engineering, CS, Mathematics, or Physics

-ITIL Certification 

-INCOSE Certification
