Program Manager

Key Role:
Provide technical project and program level oversight and thought leadership to drive the completion of high-quality client deliverables and manage client relationships. Plan and manage projects to meet delivery, quality, schedule, and cost goals to engineering and technical assistance efforts in support of an Army C4ISR customers. Supervise staff, analyze budgets, and manage schedules and project operations. Implement overall business process improvements and project management best practices. Serve as a primary interface with multiple business management departments, including finance, subcontracting, contracting, purchasing, and recruiting. Provide support and strategic advice to senior management in negotiations, risk assessment, and other business development initiatives, including development of strategic vision and direction. Lead, shape, and execute medium-to-large business opportunities, develop compelling proposals, and grow in previously undeveloped market space.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with managing large-scale contracts valued at over $100M
-Experience with risk management techniques

-Experience with FAR, and DoD 5000 acquisition programs

-Secret clearance

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with deploying large-scale hardware and software systems enhancements or upgrades for an organization’s widely distributed geographic sites
-Experience with current and emerging network and infrastructure management technologies and business practices

-Experience with developing and presenting complex information to senior government officials using Microsoft Office applications

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree in Engineering preferred

-DAWIA Level III in Program Management or Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
