Program Manager

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for planning and managing programs to meet product delivery, quality, and cost goals on consulting engagements. Act as project team leader, including reviewing user or technical requirements, identifying tasks, assigning and coordinating resources, and creating or tracking project schedules. Ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues. Work on advanced complex technical projects or business issues requiring state-of-the-art technical knowledge or industry. Act as the in-house expert on specific technologies, as needed. Take a leadership role in generating intellectual capital. Develop competency in project and financial management and be more involved in managing teams and formulating business strategy.


Basic Qualifications:

-15 years of experience with supporting US navy electronic systems, including equipment, system, and programmatic support

-8 years of experience with program management, including technology assessments, systems design, systems analyses, acquisition planning, and supporting budget planning

-5 years of experience as the manager of in-service engineering agent (ISEA) support for US Navy navigation systems

-Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FARs) and DoD procurement policies and procedures

-Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems and develop and document analyses and results

-Secret clearance

-BS degree in Engineering, Physical Science, Mathematics, MIS, or Business


Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with peers, senior government officials, and other contractors

-Ability to provide innovative solutions to warfighters

-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
