Program Manager

Key Role:
Maintain responsibility for planning and managing programs to meet product delivery, quality, and cost goals on consulting engagements. Act as the project team leader, including reviewing user or technical requirements, identifying tasks, assigning and coordinating resources, and creating or tracking project schedules. Ensure clear communication and timely issue resolution. Work on advanced complex technical projects or business issues requiring state-of-the-art technical knowledge or industry. Act as the in-house expert on specific technologies. Act as a leader in generating intellectual capital. Develop competency in project and financial management and be involved in managing teams and formulating business strategies.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with building a large-scale Agile system

-5+ years of experience with Agile development
-TS/SCI clearance required
-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) 4/4.5 Program Consultant – SPC as part of an enterprise Lean-Agile transformation

-Experience with Atlassian JIRA tool for Agile processes, program management, and issue tracking
-Experience with VMware for the virtualization of machine resources, operating systems, and applications
-Experience with Ozone Widget Framework (OWF), organizing Web applications and at multiple locations
-Experience with DCGS (Distributed Common Ground System) Integration Backbone (DIB) Enterprise Suite (DES) for data aggregation and data sharing
-Experience with security services, including Host Based Security System (HBSS), Identity and Access Management (IdAM), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), and Splunk Enterprise Security (ES) Information Event Management (SIEM)
-Experience with DoD Big Data Platform (BDP) and Cyber Situational Awareness Analytic Capabilities (CSAAC)

-Ability to work independently and in a team environment

-Ability to interface with senior leadership and government customers

-MBA or MS degree in Business or Engineering preferred
