Program Manager

Key Role:

Serve as a project manager for sustainment support efforts across a suite of Army systems. Assemble project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules, and maintain responsibility for determining and acquiring needed resources. Manage 200+ team members in multiple CONUS and OCONUS client locations and orchestrate the conduction of operations, including integrated product support. Employ metrics analysis techniques and assessments to identify efficiencies. Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement in support of the client’s procurement, inventory management, transportation, event scheduling, event execution, and reporting efforts. Lead internal and external client meetings, coordinate and present program risks to the Army client and the firm’s leadership to ensure visibility and mitigation, and facilitate the necessary approvals, as required. Oversee the delivery of all deliverables, including reviewing technical reports, briefings, analysis, and whitepapers.

Basic Qualifications:

-15+ years of experience with US Army supply chain, industrial base, and operations

-15+ years of experience in the US Army with business process optimization, strategic sourcing, financial and cost management, field support, readiness management, and sales and operation planning

-10+ years of experience with managing client facing projects on a large, 200+ employee scale

-Experience with managing programs more than $250M

-Experience with managing OCONUS deployments of field service representatives and support personnel

-TS/SCI clearance required

-BA or BS degree

-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-MA or MS degree in Operations Management or Business

-Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

-Level III DAU Certification in Acquisition Logistics

-Level II or above DAU Certification in Program Management
