Program Manager

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for interfacing with the client on all matters pertaining to the Performance Work Statement. Direct and manage the task order and provide project progress visibility to ensure on time completion of contract requirements. Act as the senior IA analyst for reach back support on issues requiring expert advice. Maintain responsibility for the quality of and conformance to requirements and methodologies directly related to the contracted effort and for the resolution of problems and concerns brought to the attention of the client.

Basic Qualifications:

-7 years of experience with Information Assurance (IA) and Information Operations (IO) in the DoD or US Navy

-6 years of experience with managing complex projects or programs and administrative and technical support related to IA and Information Systems Security project subtasks

-5 years of experience with supervising, planning, and leading technical teams in multiple, complex tasks, including analysis and decision support

-Experience with 2 or more in the following areas: performing IA controls analysis, risk assessment, contingency planning, Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E), IA risk mitigation analysis, requirements analysis, design, development, and implementation

IA concepts and requirements development and analysis, or IA planning and management

-Knowledge of preparing technical reports and correspondence

-Knowledge of coordinating the scheduling, funding, and support relative to certification and accreditation processes and DoD IA directives

-TS/SCI clearance

-BS degree

-CISSP, CISM, or GSLC and DoD 8570 IAM -III Certification

Additional Qualifications

-Experience with DoD run CCRI/CCORI or DoD Cybersecurity inspections

-Experience with DoD networking management

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Clearance:
