Program Manager

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for planning and managing programs to meet product delivery, quality, and cost goals on specific consulting engagements. Act as a project team leader, review user and technical requirements, identify tasks, assign and coordinate resources, and create and track project schedules. Ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues and contribute to moderately complex aspects of a project. Assist junior staff members with aspects of the job, work independently and collaboratively, and provide regular updates to the manager on project and account status. Develop consulting expertise to deliver high-quality work products to support projects and guide the activities of others on a set of defined tasks. Assume ever-increasing levels of responsibility and client interaction, while deepening expertise. Prioritize deliverables, work independently with little guidance, offer solutions and new ideas, identify opportunities to grow existing business or support firm wide initiatives, interact regularly with clients, and present work products to clients.


Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with USAF VC-25A and VC-25B platforms and operational support requirements

-Experience with Special Access Program requirements

-Knowledge of USAF Airlift Group operational, logistical, facility, and communication systems requirements  

-Knowledge of Military Office fixed-wing program requirements and operational plans

-Knowledge of DoD acquisition system requirements for major systems

-Ability to work independently as a subject matter expert for the client

-Ability to interface objectively with multiple agencies on behalf of the client

-Ability to communicate clearly and as required using multiple formats to coordinate information accurately and in a highly responsive manner

-Ability to access and use relevant secure communication capabilities to properly control and disseminate information

-TS/SCI clearance


Additional Qualifications:

-BA or BS degree preferred
