Program of Instruction Developer

Key Role:
Maintain responsibility for collecting, researching, and processing data creation to support the resistance and unconventional warfare (UW) requirements of an Army client, including gathering and prioritizing data, conducting gap analysis of current products regarding the Underground and Auxiliary, identifying resistance assessment requirements, and outlining a resistance program of instruction (POI). Perform and record field interviews and routine research that requires travel to various locations for the objectives of the research, as appropriate. Develop indigenous networks and work with resistances, including underground and auxiliary components.

Basic Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience in the human intelligence field, including military or law enforcement and using social media usage for investigative or operational needs

-Experience with hostile, semi, and non-permissive operational environments, including spotting and assessing personnel to meet network development intent of follow on missions.

-Experience with planning concepts of UW to support a combatant commander's strategies and objectives
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree

-Graduate of an ASO Manager Course, Network Development Course (NDC), or Operational Risk Management Course (ORM-C)

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with client operational procedures as a senior non-commissioned officer (SNCO) or officer or warrant officer, including multiple successful tours

-Experience with planning and supporting concepts of UW to support a combatant commander's strategies and objectives

-MA or MS degree in a National Security, Policy, Military History, or Law Enforcement field
