Program/Operations Support Analyst

Key Role:

Support Cyberspace operations, training, exercises, and conferences and assist the government client in its role as a lead interface with the intelligence community on policy impacting warfighting requirements and operations. Assist with formalizing, developing, coordinating, and maintaining non-kinetic targeting and training requirements and frameworks. Support government client base communications and Cyberspace operations, including Spectrum Management and Land Mobile Radios. Support, develop, and coordinate Cyberspace weapons instructor billet management processes, products, and taskings. Support the development and employment of Cyberspace weapon systems, programs, and capabilities. Support the development of Cyberspace academic training and provide assistance for detailed oversight of training by documenting training deficiencies and providing recommended solutions. Support GFM activities by reviewing, coordinating, and preparing SORTS and DRRS reports, development and management of UTCs, DOC statements, METS, GFMAP and associated DEPORDs, and other GFM activities, as required.

Basic Qualifications:

-3 years of experience with project or program management or 1 year of experience in a supervisory role at the flight level or above in DoD weapons and tactics organization

-1 year of experience in network security or network management, or with supporting US government offensive or defensive combat operations  

-Knowledge of a full range of US government Cyberspace operations principles, directives, methodologies, and approaches used in developing, operating, managing, and maintaining services and capabilities that support functional requirements

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
