Project Administrative Analyst

Key Role:

Manage the delivery of multiple project initiatives designed to enhance the services and level of support provided to the client. Analyze, organize, and deliver all projects prioritized in alignment with the client’s expectations and needs. Provide logistical, technical, and operations support. Ensure the ongoing process and system capability associated with projects and manage any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs. Maintain responsibility for ensuring the appropriate resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate the successful completion of multiple projects. Assist leaders with a variety of technical management tasks, including tracking and coordinating contract deliverables, collating data for weekly and monthly status reports, coordinating the review and delivery of reports and briefs, analyzing standardized templates for test reports, briefings, and meeting reports, financial tracking, and coordinating account access. This position is located in San Antonio, TX.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with working in a business or project management environment

-2+ years of experience with developing project budgets, reports, and presentations

-Experience with Microsoft Office

-Ability to interact and brief senior division leaders

-Ability to think analytically and conduct trend analysis

-TS/SCI clearance
-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with establishing and managing multiple contractor relationships

-Experience in working with federal government contracts

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent organizational skills
