Project Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Analyze the development of plans, including budgets and schedules to meet contractual or project requirements for Naval Aviation programs, define program plan requirements, and perform in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans. Coordinate the interdepartmental development of program plans, interface with vendors and customers, and perform extensive investigations, as required. Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met and arrange modifications, as required. Apply analytic techniques to the evaluation of Naval Aviation program or project objectives and analyze requirements, status, budgets, and schedules. Perform management, technical, or business case analyses. Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft, weapon, project acquisition, and product programs. Track program and project status and schedules and apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with technical program planning and implementation, budget development, and administration of government projects

-8+ years of experience with the implementation and interpretation of contracts

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with data-driven process improvement or integrated scheduling or supplier management

-Knowledge of Adobe products, including Captivate, Animate, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premier a plus

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-MA or MS degree a plus

Clearance:
