Project Coordinator

Key Role:

Support the planning, development, and execution of Navy Risk Management Framework processes, data, and knowledge management. Align and synchronize efforts across various stakeholder organizations. Coordinate the client's participation and facilitation of Package Submitting Office (PSO) meetings and support additional related Working Groups (WG). Capture, maintain, and distribute all meetings minutes and associated action plans and provide administrative support to the PSO and associated WGs. Work with key stakeholders to develop and maintain processing timelines for system packages while tracking completion of key RMF activities. Assist with the maintenance of the information portal and coordinate with all stakeholders for information sharing and management needs, as required. Support the planning, development, and delivery of strategic communications products to a broad stakeholder audience.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with project coordination, including knowledge management, strategic communications, and information management 

-Experience with Microsoft products, including Office, Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel 

-Experience with using and administering SharePoint portals 

-Ability to work independently

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with supporting information technology projects

-Experience with supporting Department of Navy clients or initiatives

-Knowledge of Risk Management Framework

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-DoD IAT Level II Certification, including Security+
