Project/Issue Coordinator

Key role:

Support the management of a multi-intelligence portfolio that spans one or more analysis, collection, or core enabling functions. Facilitate and support capability assessments in support of decision making on mission-sponsored technology and information sharing programs and issues. Coordinate governance, documentation, and meetings to drive innovative technical solutions to enhance analysis, collection, and core enabling function activities to meet priorities and close gaps. Support the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for executive level stakeholders on analysis, collection, and core enabling function activities. Support the planning, facilitation, and after-action needs for community sessions and outreach initiatives to address technical challenges in analysis, collection, and enabling functions.


Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with project coordination or issue management
-3+ years of experience with working in the intelligence community
-Experience with supporting senior officials within a headquarters staff environment
-Experience with Microsoft Office

-Ability to manage competing priorities
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree or 4 additional years of experience with project coordination or issue management


Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with an intelligence discipline or support function
-Experience with planning, leading, and completing complex projects
-Knowledge of the intelligence community's structure, roles, and capabilities regarding analysis, collection, and core enabling functions

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills


Clearance:
