Project Lead

Key Role:
Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems and technologies used in Army aircraft and ground vehicle survivability equipment as part of an intelligence client. Gather information on prospective technologies from government organizations and industry. Advise government clients on future research and development investment strategies. Serve as a technical liaison, presenting briefings and reports to various government groups. Recommend and implement new and innovative solutions and processes in support of program’s strategy and operations. Provide measurable input on new solutions and processes in order to achieve project or program objectives.

Basic Qualifications:
-15+ years of experience with project or program management
-Experience in interfacing with government organizations and conveying technical information
-Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
-Knowledge of electronic warfare (EW) programs or military aircraft platforms
-Knowledge of military practices and advanced techniques and solutions
-Knowledge of military maneuvers and operations
-Knowledge of the DoD product development process
-TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with the military acquisition process
-Experience as a military project manager at the O-5 level
-Ability to translate between the technical and military worlds
-Ability to use holistic open source and classified research techniques to gather relevant information
-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills to interact between different government organizations
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including communicating objectives and strategies to executive leadership effectively
-BA or BS degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics preferred
