Project Manager and Developer, Lead

Key Role:  

Maintain responsibility for planning and managing projects to meet product delivery, quality, and cost goals on consulting engagements. Leverage the full software development life cycle (SDLC) or DevOps pipeline to drive rapid, quality delivery of functionality to the client at the speed of their mission. Design, implement, schedule, test, and deploy full features and components of products and solutions. Engage multiple functional groups to comprehend client challenges, including prototyping new ideas and technologies, and help to create solutions to drive the next wave of innovation. Act as a project team leader, review user and technical requirements, identify tasks, risk, assign, and coordinate resource, including create or tracks project schedules and ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues. Work on complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical knowledge. 


Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with software development and implementation expertise, including design, development, testing, deployment and support

-Experience with 2 or more of the following; JavaScript, JSON, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, or MySQL

-Experience with developing Web applications using modern programming, methodologies, libraries, and frameworks

-Knowledge of DevOps and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles

-Knowledge of accessibility standards, including 508, WCAG 2.0, and ARIA

-Knowledge of SCORM and AICC conformance

-Ability to debug complex bugs and issues within Web applications

-Ability to lead diverse and distributed teams and collaborate in a fast-paced, complex team environment with a variety of stakeholders

-Ability to obtain security clearance

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in working as a consultant

-Experience working an agile development framework

-Ability to break down complex technical requirements into non-technical terms

-Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills

-BS degree in CS

-Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), preferred
