Project Manager, Lead

Key Role:

Manage scheduled and unscheduled analytical services, including deployed and embedded with the client and crisis and contingency analytical support, including responding to some of the client’s most dynamic mission requirements. Work primarily independently with minimal oversight to plan, prepare, manage, and schedule deployers to meet mission requirements, ensure that deployable contractors attend Pre-deployment Training Assessment course (PTA) and Deployer Analytical Readiness Training (DART), and provide daily accountability of all deployed personnel. Provide pre-deployment briefings outlining agency and COCOM expectations and rules and provide pre- and post-deployment checklists to ensure all deployment readiness obligations are met, including submitting for all passports and visas, arranging for travel, and providing the Letter of Authorization (LOA) to the deployers. Manage staffing across all contract positions and ensure minimum vacancies. Attend meeting with clients and personnel and report internally on project technical and financial status.


Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience as a task lead or project manager

-Experience in leading and managing teams with remote delivery

-Experience with managing a dynamic schedule, performing resource allocation and deliverable tracking, monitoring financial data in different contract types across multiple CLINs, and reporting weekly on schedule and activity

-Experience with presenting to various types of audiences, including clients during conferences, internal meetings, and one-on-ones with personnel in remote locations

-Experience with managing financials and analyzing budget plans and deliverables

-Experience with Microsoft Office

-Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing

-Ability to build executive briefs and manage action trackers

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-BA or BS degree in a Business Management, Personnel Management, Financial Management, or a related field

-Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP), or a related Certification preferred


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
