Project Manager

Key Role:

Lead a foreign military sales (FMS) project and serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for US government management personnel and international senior staff. Determine business goals in consultation with top management and analyze the development of detailed plans for the accomplishment of these goals. Maintain responsibility for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, supervising contract personnel, and communicating the policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to personnel. Oversee the development and delivery of training to ensure military students' effective and efficient throughput for operational readiness. Manage a project team to ensure all technical, schedule, and delivery requirements are met. Interface with the client to ensure training material and services are delivered per contract requirements. Write progress reports and acquire insight for interface with foreign military flag officers, including providing status and general advisory support, as directed by the US government client.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience in administering, advising, and liaising with senior military officials

-Experience with managing large training teams developing and delivering complex tasks

-Experience with management and control of project resources

-Knowledge of analytical and management methods

-Knowledge of academic instruction in a classroom setting and delivering and managing training in a formal military environment

-BA or BS degree in Management, Business, Engineering, or Education and 12 years of experience with government or industry management, including program management or MA or MS degree in Management, Business, Engineering, or Education and 8 years of experience with government or industry management, including program management
 

Additional Qualifications:
-5-10 years of experience with training, training management, and operations for military programs

-Experience with FMS programs

-Experience with Arabic

-PMP Certification preferred
