Publicly Available Information Intelligence Analysis Subject Matter Expert

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for providing intelligence analysis and all aspects of information gathering, research, threat assessments, client development, and predictive analysis as part of a Special Operations Forces analytical team. Maintain responsibility for researching, developing, and presenting Publicly Available Information intelligence products at the operational and tactical levels for senior leaders. Interface with intelligence organizations to produce analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, human intelligence and exploitation operations, and threat analysis. Analyze, evaluate, interpret, and disseminate information on political, economic, social, cultural, physical, geographic, or scientific conditions and trends and maintain responsibility for fusing Publicly Available Information for multi-intelligence product development, including outlining regional and ideological discussions in specific foreign language media environments.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with performing analytical intelligence related operations while serving in an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center or Combatant Command, or a non-DoD equivalent IA operational community

-5+ years of experience with performing operational analysis in the analytical field

-Knowledge of analytical theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and intelligence operations and applying tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analyze, and integrate complex information related to targeting

-Knowledge of advanced social network analysis, the latest state-of-the-art social network techniques, methodologies, and tools in support of multi-INT analysis products, and mainstream and global Web applications, including Facebook, lnstagram, VKontakte, Sino Weibe, and Telegram

-Ability to work with the F3EAD targeting methodology, including additional intelligence disciplines and leading analytical efforts culminating in products, the intelligence cycle, HVI targeting, social network analysis, patterns of life analysis, and human factors analysis, human terrain analysis, signal intelligence targeting, convergence analysis, and intelligence training

-Ability to hold a valid passport to travel overseas

-Ability to pass the client’s pre-deployment screening requirements to be considered deployable, maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty or combat zones, including to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods

-Active TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED
