Quality Assurance Analyst

Key Role:
Play a key role as a team member in the Booz Allen quality organization to oversee the entire quality program for the firm, including applicable certifications and ratings, such as ISO 9001, AS9100, and CMMI. Participate broadly towards the goals of the program and apply expertise in effective interpersonal communication with technical and management personnel at all levels of the organization. Perform specific duties, provide quality management oversight for certified projects and program, participate in planning, execution, and follow-up activities regarding audits, including ISO 9001 and AS9100, leverage expertise in technical delivery and hardware development, including prototyping and fabrication, processes, and environments to assist with the assessment and mitigation of project risk at start-up and throughout the project life cycle, and review proposals for adequacy of technical content and quality provisions. Develop and deliver training to disseminate required knowledge among the quality team members and users of the quality systems, as needed, develop new processes, and support the maintenance and transition of current processes to an integrated format and tool. Provide input during reviews of process documentation and support tasks towards achieving the goals of the quality program.

Basic Qualifications:
-7+ years of experience with quality assurance
-Experience with delivering or providing quality support for engineering and science solutions as a technical project member, technical and quality lead, or project manager where fabrication or prototyping took place in a technical facility or controlled laboratory environment
-Experience with the control of inspection, measuring, and test equipment for calibration, electrostatic sensitive devices (ESD), and limited life items, including shelf life
-Experience with supporting and conducting ISO 9001 audits
-Experience with risk assessment to support technical project delivery
-Knowledge of typical US government contract technical products and services
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with additional models and standards, including CMMI or AS9100
-Experience with a process modeling tool, including Visio or similar
-Experience with providing proposal support, primarily for required quality topics
-Experience with providing training support for quality processes and implementation
-Completion of the ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or AS9100 Rev D Lead Auditor course
