Quality Assurance Manager

Key Role:

Create and implement a detailed plan to ensure overall quality of all IT products, services and systems. Resolve all project or program release problems and take corrective action, and escalate, as necessary to resolve and achieve results. Assure the viability, functionality and effectiveness of essential tools.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with creating and implementing plans to ensure overall quality of all IT products, services and systems

-Ability to resolve project release issues

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BS degree in Engineering, CS, or Scientific and 10+ years of experience with quality assurance or HS diploma or GED and 18+ years of experience working with quality assurance

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in working with VA

-Public Trust clearance
