Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Role:

Perform quality evaluations and analysis of benefits and related programming delivered in the field at various locations throughout Europe. Develop performance improvement activities based on quality evaluations. Administer, organize, and conduct training and educational programs in connection with management and promotional development, on-the-job training, and employee orientation. Maintain records of field quality control activities and employee progress and monitor the effectiveness of programs. Work under general supervision and perform duties as assigned. Plan, conduct, and supervise assignments, review progress, and evaluate results of given projects or tasks. Report findings and analysis to leadership. Assist with the review and evaluation of personnel performance, interpret and apply organization policy, and recommend changes in procedures.


Basic Qualifications:

-6+ years of experience in a training and quality assurance environment

-Experience with conducting comprehensive testing of learning and performance support solutions against requirements

-Knowledge of training quality standards, including providing training to instructors in a train-the-trainer setting

-Ability to travel across Europe for up to 75% of the time

-Ability to work independently

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in any branch of the military preferred

-Knowledge of the military environment preferred

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including speaking, reading, and writing in English

-Public Trust clearance preferred
