Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Role:

Apply knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative analysis and recommendations to improve organizational performance through changes to strategy, organization structure, process, human capital or culture, information technology, enterprise cost reduction, management practices, and cost drivers. Make recommendations on how to capitalize on opportunities to improve client performance, including revenue or profitability and mission achievement. Advise on how to improve operations and increase process efficiency and provide recommendations on how to expand or reorganize a business unit or operation. Examine complex systems and advise on the development of specific cost reduction solutions and business case analyses to support transformation efforts. Mitigate and manage risk and conduct customer and stakeholder analyses. Serve as a practitioner with multiple areas of expertise that spans across management consulting pillars and other functional communities. Provide work leadership for lower level employees.

Basic Qualifications:

-3 years of experience with quality assurance
-Experience with benefit claims processing, quality control, performance measurement, and total quality

-Ability to be an innovative, resourceful, and collaborative problem-solver

-Ability to convey thoughts, ideas, and solutions logically

-Ability to work in a dynamic, results-driven environment

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Veterans Affairs or medical claims

-Possession of excellent analytical skills, including strict attention to detail

-Possession of excellent organization, prioritization, and teamworking skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
