Quality Manager Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Develop and implement a program-level quality management plan with a quality management team to ensure best practices and project management tools and processes are applied to address unique situations. Identify problems, develop and coordinate resolutions, and design robust reports from large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data. Analyze data and root cause analysis, develop solutions for process improvement to support efficiency efforts, and ensure compliance with industry standards and program task order requirements. Review performance data and assess and establish measures of effectiveness and measures of performance to support qualitative and quantitative organizational assessments in correlation to government directed evaluation criteria. Establish and implement metrics, including process capability, control charts, and measurement quality for monitoring system effectiveness and to enable managers to make sound product quality decisions, ensuring goals are achieved. Develop, edit, and review technical documents, including Program Management Office key written deliverable products, standard operating procedures, a quality control plan, and written communication style guide. Review and respond to Contractor Performance Assessment Reviews (CPAR).


Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with project, risk, contract, or quality management

-Experience with project management

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Experience with SharePoint
-Ability to gather information and synthesize into quality management documents and reports

-Ability to work with senior government officials to translate ideas and concepts into professional technical products

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree in Business Communications, Project Management, Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or Applied Science


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with technical writing and editing

-Knowledge of process and organizational change management

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-MA or MS degree or PMP Certification
