Quantitative Risk Analyst

Key Role:

Lead the development of a risk management tool and performance management scorecard. Partner with clients to identify and define risk and program metrics, using industry standards. Assess risk at both the strategic and operational level to support the client and ensure strong performance. Leverage strong technical and analytical expertise to explore and examine data from multiple disparate sources with the goal of discovering patterns and previously hidden insights to address a pressing business problem. Bring knowledge of mathematical and statistical concepts, computer science, and domain expertise to bridge the gap between technologists and mathematicians, ensuring solutions meet analytic requirements.


Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in risk and performance management, including defining risk and performance metrics

-Experience with Microsoft packages

-Knowledge of industry standard risk frameworks

-Ability to conduct multiple risk assessment techniques at the strategic and operational level

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-HS diploma or GED


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with designing and implementation a risk or performance management tool

-Ability to perform regression and statistical analysis

-Ability to create performance management scorecards

-DHS Suitability or Top Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree
