RC-135 Airborne Instructor

Key Role:

Apply knowledge of working as an RC-135 Cryptologic Mission Crew position instructor to meet the training needs of student throughputs. Prepare and deliver a course of instruction, evaluate training, and develop training to meet current and evolving needs. Provide training to Formal Training Unit students and other airborne positions on RC-135 training activities. Collaborate with professional client intelligence instructors to develop accurate real-world training scenarios. Design, develop, and deliver cohesive situational-based scenarios that will be incorporated into RC-135 aircrew training programs. Maintain responsibility for instruction and training within the initial and mission qualification airborne training program in accordance with Air Force standards. Maintain responsibility for administrative tasks, including training documentation, reports, and student performance recommendations.

Basic Qualifications:

-8 years of experience with Air Force (AF) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance

-4 years of experience a Cryptologic Mission Crew operator

-4 years of experience as a RIVET JOINT Airborne Mission Supervisor (AMS), Airborne Analyst (AA), Data Link Operator (DLO), or Information Integration Officer (IIO)

-Experience with airborne analysis and reporting procedures

-Experience with processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED)

-Experience with SIGINT collection equipment

-Ability to perform airborne training activities

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience as a Standardization and Evaluation (STAN and EVAL) examiner

-Experience with airborne radio equipment

-Experience with AF information and communication networks

-Knowledge of the AF ISR enterprise

-Knowledge of DoD SIGINT sensors, systems, and databases

-Knowledge of TTP to provide real-time intelligence support to tactical forces

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

-AA or AS degree
