Receptionist and Inventory Manager

Key Role:
Perform secretarial, receptionist, and administrative duties for a large contract support team. Perform duties of a highly confidential nature. Conduct work that requires intuitive judgment, knowledge, and the ability to relieve contract leadership of administrative details, including supplying requested information, scheduling appointments, preparing special reports, and obtaining information from sources within or outside of the company. Maintain and manage Government furnished Equipment (GFE) and Booze Allen Hamilton inventory of over 2,500 items, including conducting and annual inventory, assisting with equipment disposition process, and coordinating with government property managers. Apply continuous use of technical and business vocabulary and a detailed knowledge of company operations, organizational procedures, and personnel. Make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling work within established guidelines.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience in a receptionist, administrative professional, or customer service role
-Experience managing commercial or government property

-Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
-Ability to work from 8:30AM-5:00PM

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to provide excellent customer service, work as a member of a team, and perform other duties, as assigned
-Ability to perform receptionist duties, including escorting, making coffee, checking visitors in and out, processing administrative packages, and answering phones
-Ability to coordinate holiday parties, potlucks, chili cookoffs, all-hands, and other meetings
-Ability to process and coordinate embassy letters, Medex requests, holiday cards, business cards, phone lists, and recall rosters
-Ability to upload and organize trainings certificates and PII and Cyber certifications to the client site
-Ability to support onboarding and order name tags and cubicle labels
-Ability to order all office supplies
