Recruiting Specialist, Senior

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for the full life cycle recruiting process focused on various functional and market areas within the West Coast region. Coordinate and develop the firm's staff planning activities and interview managers to determine hiring needs. Manage the day-to-day interaction with clients and maintain responsibility for comprehending the team's business strategy while developing a strategy to support it. Educate clients on market trends, provide guidance on compensation packages, perform interviews to assess candidates’ capabilities, manage the evaluation process and hiring decisions, provide candidate follow–up and feedback, and extend and negotiate employment offer packages. Partner with sourcing and recruiting peers to develop and implement strategic staffing plans and promote the team's mission and objectives. Maintain responsibility for tracking recruiting activity and other metrics and ensure compliance with OFCCP and Booz Allen recruiting policies.

Basic Qualifications: 
-7+ years of experience in a business environment

-4+ years of experience with full life cycle recruiting 
-Experience with applicant tracking systems required 
-Knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws and OFCCP and EEO compliance 
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications: 
-Experience with recruiting cleared candidates preferred 
-Experience with working in a DoD environment preferred 

-Ability to show success in a client or customer service role 
-Ability to produce expected results in a rapidly changing and fast–paced environment 
-Ability to exercise independent judgment to decide on appropriate priorities and procedures to follow 
-Ability to provide consistent, high quality service across multiple business units 
-Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels within an organization 
-Possession of excellent analytical skills to solve problems of a sensitive nature 
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
