Recruitment Interview Coordinator

Key Role:

Support the MENA and ASEAN regions, performing advanced and complicated clerical tasks in support of recruitment activities. Apply detailed knowledge of recruitment functional policies and practices. Maintain calendars and schedules in-person and video or Skype interview appointments for candidates with interview team members. Correspond with candidates, recruiters, and the interview team on status updates. Secure rooms and other logistics for interviews, including Skype or video interview details. Assist the recruiting team with advertising, employee referrals, and campus job fairs and maintain the applicant file system. Coordinate events for candidates and interview teams and review documents for consistency.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with working in a large corporate recruitment or human resources environment, including working with Internet, e-mail, and Web-based operations

-Experience with calendar management and scheduling for multiple players for timely and efficient scheduling requirements

-Experience with Microsoft Office 2016, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and all functions of Windows 365 Product Suite

-Knowledge of business correspondence and drafting letters and e-mail communications

-Ability to multitask independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to differing time zones in scheduling tasks

-Ability to prioritize work with very little supervision and maintain the highest level of confidentiality in handling sensitive candidate information and material and information concerning the firm

-Ability to create and edit presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint and be detail-oriented, proofreading grammar and punctuation with a high level of accuracy

-Ability to work in the MENA region

-Ability to show fluency in English

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Workday functionality and use as an HRIS tool

-Experience with SharePoint

-Ability to be collaborative and promote a team environment

-Possession or excellent oral and written communication skills

-MA or MS degree in a related field

-PHR, SPHR, or other related HR Certification
