Regional Order of Battle Analyst

Key Role:

Conduct thorough all-source analysis of order of battle information for the purpose of maintaining the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB). Analyze information to identify changes or confirm current organizational, structural, equipment, and force capabilities contained in existing order of battle records. Identify intelligence gaps and work with collection managers to develop requirements. Develop products tailored to customers who range from tactical to strategic levels, including actionable leads, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with all-source intelligence analysis

-2+ years experience as a C4I or military order of battle analyst

-Experience with MIDB production and retrieval, including unit, installation or facility, equipment, and remark records

-Experience with conducting research, including Boolean logic and high side reporting tools, such as TAC, RMT, or Palantir

-Ability to produce deliverables with high-quality writing in a short time frame using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree or 4 years of experience in a professional work environment

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with GIS, including tools, such as ArcGIS and Google Earth

-Experience in working with collection managers and crafting requirements

-Ability to speak and read a critical foreign language at a professional level
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph preferred

-BA or BS degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, National Security Studies, or Geography preferred; MA or MS degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, National Security Studies, Geography, or a related research field a plus
