As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to design systems in support of a Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) program. Your technical expertise will be vital as you evaluate and modernize systems to meet federal reporting requirements. You Have:

-1+ years of experience with working on development, test, and program management support

-Knowledge of documenting business rules and impacted processes or systems

-Knowledge of documenting functional specifications

-Ability to gather and document technical and operational requirements

-Ability to work in a team-oriented, inclusive, and collaborative work environment

-Ability to grasp new concepts quickly, comprehend the intent of a client’s needs, and help shape and form a solution

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with facilitating requirements gathering and tracking requirements across multiple teams

-Experience with IT services, the software development life cycle (SDLC), or technology deployments for federal government agencies

-Ability to work with leadership, functional groups, and development teams

-Ability to work independently under general direction

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Public Trust clearance
