Requirements Management Analyst

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for the oversight of Navy Medicine Information Management (IM) and Information Technology (IT) governance request processing, governance process metrics design or reporting, and interfacing directly with client leadership to provide status updates and recommendations on process improvement. Maintain responsibility for routing, tracking, and facilitating the review of Navy Medicine IM and IT requests and interfacing with representatives across the Defense Health Agency and Service requirements management working groups. Lead the review of all Navy Medicine IM and IT requests, assign requests to applicable portfolio, and work with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure the requests are being processed correctly.

Basic Qualifications:

-7 years of experience with performing on DoD programs or projects

-Knowledge of DoD Information Management and Information Technology governance processes or procedures

-Ability to independently apply knowledge of management functions, processes, and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by program or project managers and clients

-Ability to draw conclusions and devise solutions to problems relating to improvement of management effectiveness, organizational structures, work methods and procedure efficiency, and resource requirements, utilization, or control

-Ability to develop and draft program or project milestone, progress monitoring, financial, acquisition, quality control, maintenance, or training documentation

-Ability to perform work measurement studies, program or project operations efficiency reviews, cost studies, or workload change impact analyses and rely upon and use automated management information systems in performing fact finding, analytical, and advisory functions

-Secret clearance required

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in the Navy, Navy Medicine, or Defense Health Agency preferred

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-PMP Certification preferred
